Mid-density foam lines the pad through the caps and around the calf on the back for protection against the ball and slashes. An adjustable thigh guard allows you to raise or lower protection depending on your preference for a customized fit. As well, a perforated nylon liner promotes airflow and keeps the sweat off your leg. To finish the pad, three elastic straps help you secure it tight to you with one wrapping around the back of the knee cap to keep it snug and reduce twisting and shifting.
